TAP+

In 2023, I had an artist residency in Boyle Parochial School as part of Teacher-Artist Partnership+ (TAP+) Residency, an Arts in Education Initiative by the Creative Ireland and the Department of Education, 2023.

During this residency, I developed and held a run of creative workshops that were tailored to the interests and capabilities of a group of 19 children, aged between 6-12 years old. Throughout these workshops, we experimented with different forms of mark-making and a range of printmaking techniques such as lino and mono-printing, which became a powerful vehicle for the children’s expression and storytelling.
